What do you mean by 'exchange'?
We send you 4 refurbished wheels THE SAME AS YOURS, you return your 4 old ones to us. We charge a security deposit of £150, which is refunded when we get your wheels back.
Can I exchange different wheels?
No. This is a like for like exchange only.
How do I send my old wheels back?
You simply pack the old wheels in the boxes your new wheels came in, and call the courier to arrange collection. Return labels and instructions are in the boxes with your new wheels. We want your wheels back as soon as possible and charge £5 per day penalty after 10 working days.
How much does the return shipping cost?
The return shipping costs are included in the price, as is VAT.
Does the purchase price include fitting at my local garage?
No this cost is not included, you must get a quote from them (usually around £50). We have a list of approved fitters, or if you travel to Blackpool we will fit your new wheels for the advertised price.
I want to buy the wheels outright without sending my wheels back?
Sorry this service is exchange only. Our sister site pxalloys.com may have your wheels available for purchase though.
Can I buy or exchange a single wheel?
Yes, subject to availability. Any wheels available for outright purcahse will be listed on pxalloys.com.
I've damaged one or more wheels, can I still exchange?
Yes we have deals to get you back on the road. If you have a picture of the damage you can email it us at info@pxwheels.com to help us.
My wheels are kerb scraped, can I still exchange?
Yes corrosion and heavy scrapes are acceptable for exchange, however splits, bits missing, buckled or warped wheels are not. If you don't have a full set to exchange we can still get you back on the road, you need to phone us on

I need tyres as well as wheels can you supply a wheel and tyre package?

I can't see my wheels, can you refurbish mine? How much does it cost?
We can refurbish yours for the same price as similar wheels we have on exchange. We can arrange collection and re-delivery, and will also supply shipping boxes if you need them.
